SFRU

SPRING 2013 PROGRAMS:

We have two great programs available this spring.  

-Looking to get back into running or training for your first race? RUNNING 101 is the program for you!

-10 week program for the NEW and NOT-SO-New runner.

-This coached program meets at various local parks on Sunday mornings at 8 am.

-SFRU gives all runners a training plan and the guidance to personalize it for your needs.

-Meet with a group to get your runs in and receive one- on-one expert coaching on a weekly basis.

-All runs will be on a pre-planned route and hydration will be provided.

-All new SFRU participants receive a SFRU tech tee.   Returning participants receive a $20 discount.

-$139 for new participants and $119 for returners.

-Looking to improve your racing performance or have a target spring race you want to peak perfectly for?  Spring Training 2013 is the perfect program!

-Expert coaching for any race distance!

-Participants receive customized training plan and a mix of coach-led workouts including: long runs, hill workouts, and track workouts.

-Train with a group and get in those long miles or fast runs with an expert coach!

-Group meets at 8 am on Sunday mornings at various local parks.  

-All routes are pre-planned and hydration will be provided.

-As a bonus there will also be an occasional weekday run, as permitted by coaching availability.

-All new SFRU participants receive a SFRU tech tee and all returners get a $20 discount.

-$169 for new participants and $149 for returners.
